This Privacy Policy describes how Cyprian Productions ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Redeploy (the "Service"), a hosted platform for scheduling and publishing content to social media platforms.

By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account credentials — username and password. Passwords are stored as a one-way bcrypt hash and are never stored in plain text.
Email address — collected at registration and used to identify your account.
OAuth access tokens — when you connect a social platform (Google/YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), we store the access and refresh tokens needed to publish content on your behalf. These tokens are scoped to the permissions you grant and are stored securely on our servers.
Uploaded media — videos, images, and other files you upload to schedule for publication.
Usage data — basic logs such as login timestamps and IP addresses, used for security and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage your account.
Authenticate your identity and protect against unauthorised access.
Schedule and publish content to the social platforms you have connected.
Communicate important service updates or security notices.
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.
Improve and operate the Service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Platform Connections

Redeploy integrates with Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram, Facebook), and TikTok to publish content on your behalf. When you connect these platforms:

We store only the access tokens needed to perform the actions you authorise.
Your data is shared with those platforms only to the extent necessary to fulfil your publishing requests.

4. Analytics

We may use anonymised, aggregated analytics tools to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. If we introduce an analytics provider, it will be listed here. No personally identifiable information is sold or shared for advertising purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers operated by Cyprian Productions. We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

bcrypt hashing for all stored passwords.
Server-side encryption-at-rest for sensitive tokens where supported.
HTTPS for all data in transit.
Account lockout after repeated failed login attempts.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your data using industry-standard practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you wish to delete your account or request erasure of your data, please contact us at the address below. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

Uploaded media files are stored until you delete them or your account is removed.
