These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Cyprian Productions ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of Redeploy ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organisation.
Redeploy is a hosted social media scheduling and publishing platform. It allows individual content creators and social media managers to connect their accounts on third-party platforms (including Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, Meta/Facebook, and TikTok) and schedule or publish content to those platforms.
The Service is provided as a paid subscription. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to disable or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with the plan you select.
All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then.
If you cancel mid-period, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of the cancellation. We reserve the right to deny refunds for accounts found in violation of these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Service is intended to help you schedule and publish content to platforms you own or are authorised to manage.

Redeploy connects to third-party platforms on your behalf. By connecting a platform you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content you grant Cyprian Productions a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that:
We do not monitor User Content proactively, but we reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable platform policies.
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and all content produced by Cyprian Productions, is our property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
"YouTube" and associated marks are trademarks of Google LLC. "Instagram" and "Facebook" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. "TikTok" is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. Redeploy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.
To request deletion of your account and associated data, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within:
Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not warrant that the Service will always be available, that posts will be published at the exact scheduled time, or that connections to third-party platforms will remain uninterrupted. Third-party platforms may change their APIs or terms at any time, which may affect Service features.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CYPRIAN PRODUCTIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cyprian Productions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time and at our sole discretion, including without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law or platform policy.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts of the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
