Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Redeploy. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Cyprian Productions ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of Redeploy ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organisation.

2. Description of Service

Redeploy is a hosted social media scheduling and publishing platform. It allows individual content creators and social media managers to connect their accounts on third-party platforms (including Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, Meta/Facebook, and TikTok) and schedule or publish content to those platforms.

The Service is provided as a paid subscription. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Users between 13 and 17 must have parental or legal guardian consent.
You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
You may not create an account if you have previously been terminated by us for violations of these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at cyprianEditing@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to disable or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Paid Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with the plan you select.

All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then.

Refunds

If you cancel mid-period, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Refund requests must be submitted to cyprianEditing@gmail.com within 14 days of the cancellation. We reserve the right to deny refunds for accounts found in violation of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Service is intended to help you schedule and publish content to platforms you own or are authorised to manage.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Service to:

Spam or mass-post - send unsolicited bulk content, artificially inflate engagement, or use the Service to circumvent platform rate limits or anti-spam measures.
Post hate speech or harass others - publish content that promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Publish illegal content - upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), promotes illegal activity, or is otherwise unlawful.
Impersonate - falsely represent yourself as another person, brand, or entity in a deceptive manner.
Publish dangerous content - content that promotes or depicts real-world violence, dangerous challenges, self-harm, suicide, disordered eating, or animal cruelty.
Spread misinformation - knowingly publish false or misleading content that could cause significant harm.
Post unlabelled AI-generated content - publish realistic AI-generated or heavily edited depictions of real people without clearly labelling them as AI-generated or edited, where required by the destination platform's policies.
Circumvent platform policies - use the Service in any way that violates the terms of service of any connected third-party platform.
Misuse API credentials - share, sublicense, or embed API credentials in a manner that violates any connected platform's developer policies.
Attempt to disrupt the Service - interfere with the operation of the Service, its servers, or any connected networks.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account at our sole discretion.

7. Third-Party Platform Integrations

Redeploy connects to third-party platforms on your behalf. By connecting a platform you acknowledge and agree to the following:

General

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of each connected platform complies with that platform's own terms of service and community guidelines.
We store OAuth access tokens only to perform actions you authorise. You can revoke access at any time from the relevant platform's account settings.
When you revoke access or delete your account, we will remove your tokens and associated data within the timelines described below.

Google / YouTube

Your use of YouTube features is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
YouTube-related data (tokens, metadata) that is no longer needed will be deleted within 30 days of a deletion request or authorisation revocation.
You must not use Redeploy to provide incentives (e.g. payments, contest entries, or required surveys) for viewing YouTube content.
You must not use Redeploy to sell advertising against YouTube content or interfere with YouTube attribution.
To request deletion of YouTube data we hold, email cyprianEditing@gmail.com.

Meta (Instagram & Facebook)

Your use of Instagram and Facebook features is also governed by the Meta Terms of Service and Meta Platform Terms.
Meta-related data will be deleted within 24 hours of a deletion request or authorisation revocation, in accordance with Meta Platform Terms.
By connecting your Meta account you grant Redeploy the permissions necessary to post content on your behalf. You can review and revoke these permissions in your Facebook or Instagram settings at any time.
We do not sell, license, rent, or share your Meta user data with third parties except as required to operate the Service.

TikTok

Your use of TikTok features is also governed by the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Developer Terms, and TikTok Community Guidelines.
By posting to TikTok via Redeploy you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation: "By posting, you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation."
You must accurately disclose whether content you post constitutes commercial content (i.e. it promotes a brand, product, or service) using the disclosure options provided.
Redeploy is subject to TikTok's audit and verification process. Your ability to post via the TikTok integration is contingent on Redeploy maintaining compliance with TikTok's developer terms. We reserve the right to limit or suspend TikTok features if required by TikTok.
All content prohibited by TikTok's Community Guidelines is also prohibited when using Redeploy to post to TikTok.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content you grant Cyprian Productions a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and publish the content.
Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We do not monitor User Content proactively, but we reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable platform policies.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and all content produced by Cyprian Productions, is our property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

"YouTube" and associated marks are trademarks of Google LLC. "Instagram" and "Facebook" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. "TikTok" is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. Redeploy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

10. Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email cyprianEditing@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within:

24 hours for Meta platform data.
30 days for all other data, including YouTube data.

Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not warrant that the Service will always be available, that posts will be published at the exact scheduled time, or that connections to third-party platforms will remain uninterrupted. Third-party platforms may change their APIs or terms at any time, which may affect Service features.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CYPRIAN PRODUCTIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cyprian Productions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time and at our sole discretion, including without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law or platform policy.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16 survive termination.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts of the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
